Bios

Torsten Stiehm. Torsten is founder and manager of kando Ingenieure GmbH. After studying space technology and aeronautics at the TU Berlin he developed his passion for complex challenges in building technology. His ability to find simple solutions for complicated situations made him a trusted partner of developers, architects and colleagues. In 2000, he first founded Stiehm Ingenieurplanung GmbH in the center of Berlin. Ever since he has been developing the business. Torsten is the father of two sons. He spends his free time with his family, cooking, sailing and playing the guitar.

Yvonne Seeger. Originally trained and highly experienced in the property sector, Yvonne has taken over the business development and administration of kando Ingenieure GmbH. With her ability to set priorities, her broad skill set and her natural empathy, she is the member of the executive team who focuses on finances, HR and quality management. Yvonne has extensive training in of estate and property management and holds an MBA and a Master in Mediation. Yvonne is the mother of two sons who keep her on her toes in her free time.
